The St Ives School Science Technology Engineering and Maths Club was set up in 2008 with the aim of enthusing, engaging and encouraging pupils to consider the STEM subjects upon leaving school. The club is externally funded and part of a pilot scheme set up by STEMNET with money coming from the DIUS and DCSF.

Members of the club will get many opportunities to go on trips, to work with people within industry and from further education and to take part in exciting practical activities outside of the usual curriculum topics.
